سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يمكنك طلب استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام دون إبداء سبب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية. حافظ على حالته الأصلية؛ وقد لا يقبل الإرجاع لتغيير الرأي إذا تغيرت حالته بسبب الاستخدام أو الغسل أو التلف، أو صُنع حسب مواصفاتك وكان مطابقًا لها. فتح العبوة وحده لا يعني رفض الطلب تلقائيًا.
للمنتج المعيب أو غير المطابق، يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام، دون تكلفة إضافية. نتحمل تكاليف الشحن ذات الصلة وننفذ الاستبدال أو الاسترداد خلال أسبوع من التواصل معنا بشأن العيب.
في الإرجاع لتغيير الرأي للطلبات الإلكترونية، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن والإرجاع الفعلية ما لم نتفق على خلاف ذلك أو يقرر القانون حقًا أفضل. نوضح تكلفة الإرجاع قبل ترتيبه، ولا نفرض رسوم إعادة تخزين. نرد المبلغ المستحق خلال 7 أيام من إعادة المنتج، بنفس وسيلة الدفع إلا إذا اتفقنا معك على غير ذلك.

Returns and refunds
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. Keep it in its original condition. Change-of-mind returns may be excluded if you have used, washed, damaged or altered the item, or it was made to your specifications and matches them. Opening packaging alone does not automatically disqualify a return.
For defective or nonconforming items, request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt at no additional cost. We cover the related shipping costs and complete the replacement or refund within one week of your contacting us about the defect.
For online change-of-mind returns, you pay actual delivery and return-shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the law gives you better rights. We disclose the return cost before arranging it and charge no restocking fee. We refund the amount due within 7 days of the product’s return, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
